Root4Dig final conference
After two international student camps, workshops and cultural exchanges, the Root4Dig project closed with two conferences: in Baia Mare on 23 February and in Ivano-Frankivsk on 26 February 2026.
1 / 4After months of collaboration, two international student camps (one in Ukraine during the summer and one in Romania in October), inspiring workshops, cultural exchanges and digital innovation, the Root4Dig project reached its finale.
Funded by the European Union through the Interreg VI-A NEXT Hungary-Slovakia-Romania-Ukraine Programme 2021-2027, the project brought together students, professors and experts from Ivano-Frankivsk, Baia Mare and the Association.
The closing conference
The closing conference took place on 23 February 2026 at 10:00 at the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, North University Center of Baia Mare.
What was presented:
- opening remarks from project leaders and Interreg NEXT representatives
- highlights from the summer camps in Romania and Ukraine
- the digital album, available on the web platform
- an awards ceremony dedicated to the participants
A second closing conference took place on 26 February 2026 in Ivano-Frankivsk, organised by lead partner IFNTUOG.
