Root4Dig opening conference in Baia Mare

On 4 June 2025, the opening conference hosted by Partner 2 (TUCN-NUCBM) was held as part of the international Root4Dig project, supported by the Interreg NEXT programme.

The event took place in a hybrid format: in person at the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, North University Center of Baia Mare, and online.

• cross-border collaboration opportunities within the Interreg NEXT programme
• findings of a survey conducted among Romanian students regarding cultural identity and heritage

The event concluded with a Q&A session, reflecting a strong collective interest in the digital preservation of the Carpathian region's shared cultural heritage.
