Partner universities plan the joint training guides

Technical experts from IFNTUOG and UTCN-NUCBM met online to plan the CAD, CAM, and CNC training guides and courses to be developed under ATEd.

On February 6, 2026, a joint online meeting of technical experts from IFNTUOG and UTCN-NUCBM took place. Participants were briefed on the goals, tasks, and planned results of the ATEd project.

Lecturers from the two universities will work together to prepare educational and methodological materials, including a CAD guide for high school students, a guide for working in CAM systems, a handbook for CNC operators, and a guide on part manufacturing using CNC machines.

During the project, training courses will also be developed based on the equipment in the newly created laboratories: milling and turning on CNC machines, programming of industrial robots, and five-coordinate processing on CNC machines.

These developments will let high school students, university and vocational school students, and teachers use modern software and CNC machines for the design and production of parts.
